Every project must have a starting point. In some cases it is just a matter of duplicating an existing product. However, other circumstances may dictate that a new idea must find its way to the marketplace.

Our design engineers will analyze the project and advise on its design feasibility. We will then manufacture a unit cavity mold for testing. This unit cavity can be altered and revised until it is approved by the end user, meeting all specifications. When this is accomplished, we will then manufacture the balance of the cavities for the production mold. We will then do complete mold testing and optimize the process prior to the mold being delivered to our customers. Following these steps closely and working with our trained personnel will save you thousands of dollars in lost time and errors.
